HREIT SA owner, Michał Sapota, will discuss challenges of the housing market at a PAP conference
“The housing market in the face of economic challenges” - under this slogan, the Polish Press Agency (PAP) is organising a conference to be held at the PAP Press Centre in Warsaw on 15 March 2023. Poland’s greatest real estate experts have been invited, including, naturally, Michał Sapota.
Together with the other guests, Michał Sapota will debate the future of property development companies, their business strategies, financing and challenges for the coming months. The discussion will also revolve around housing price forecasts and new financial instruments in the context of primary and secondary market both for individual customers and investors.
